will get in hand salary of ₹ 44,000 per month including all allowances

pay: ₹ 4200.
Basic
Pay: (35500+ 4200) = ₹ 39600.
So,
in this job new basic pay is equal to ₹ 39600. Also, other allowance should be
added like DA, TA, HRA also some other allowances.
Basic
Pay = 39,400
if
DA is 50% = (50% 35900) = ₹ 4308
TA
according to 7th pay = ₹ 1800
