Rajasthan RVUNL JEN & AEN Exam Pattern 2018 Pdf Download

The exams pattern and syllabus for JEn (Junior Engineer) and AEn (Assistant Engineer) are similar. Rajasthan RVUNL also said standard and syllabus of the examination will be of the level of Degree in Engineering in the respective discipline. its recruitment notification other than that the Question Paper shall be in two parts or two sections of total two(2) hours’ duration, consisting of Objective Type Questions. Part – A: (Technical)

Part-A have 60% weight of total marks and contain only technical Objective Type Questions. The standard and syllabus of the examination will be of the level of Degree in Engineering In the respective discipline.

Part – B: (Non- Technical)

Part-B has 40% weight of total marks and questions and contains only non-technical Objective Type Questions. The question for non-technical parts will comes from topics Reasoning & Mental Ability, Mathematics, General Knowledge & Everyday Science, Hindi General, English General.

Part – B: (Non- Technical)

Non-technical portion exams pattern and syllabus for Rajasthan RVUNL JEn (Junior Engineer) and AEn (Assistant Engineer) are similar for both exams see brief information non-technical syllabus.

 (i) Reasoning & Mental Ability: - Analytical Reasoning, Number series, Letter series,

The odd man out, Coding-Decoding, Shapes and Mirror Images, Clocks, etc.

(ii) Mathematics:- Mathematics. (Class-XII level)

(iii) General Knowledge & Everyday Science: - Current events including issues of State

(Rajasthan), National & International importance, Persons & Places in recent news,

Games & Sports, Science, Indian History, Civics, Geography, Indian Polity, etc., with special reference to Rajasthan.

(iv) Hindi General: - Hindi Grammar and language (Class-X level).

(v) English General: - English Grammar and language (Class-X level).

Note: The Question Papers, except “Hindi General” of Part-B, shall be in English only.

Part – A: (Technical)

Rajasthan RVUNL has not prescribed any separate syllabus for the JE & AE exam 2018 as per the notification.

The best way to go forward in your preparation for Rajasthan RVUNL JEN & AEN exam 2018 would be to base your preparation on similar exam conducted by NTPC for graduate engineers (Executive Trainees): Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Control & Instrumentation. You can also use the GATE exam engineering papers to prepare for Rajasthan RVUNL JEN & AEN Exam 2018 since both exams are for engineering graduates.

Cut-Off or Merit List Rajasthan RVUNL JEN & AEN Exam 2018

To be considered for the merit list, you will need to score Part-A & Part-B both minimum cut-off 30% marks for UR category and 20% marks for SC/ST/BC/MBC/Ex-servicemen/PWD(PH) candidates.
